Description
DAP is a high analysis compound fertiliser which contains nitrogen, phosphate along with a small amount of sulphur and can be used as a general maintenance fertiliser if very little sulphur is required.
- Ideal starter fertiliser for a wide range of crops.
- Suitable for use as a general maintenance fertiliser in pastoral settings.
- Provides water-soluble phosphate, which is immediately available for plant uptake.
- Provides `nitrogen to support early plant and root development.
May be broadcast or drilled. DAP can be used as starter fertiliser when re-grassing, If the new grass is being drilled, and the drill has a fertiliser box. If the fertiliser cannot be drilled, it can be broadcast. when re-grassing this will help to get the grass off to a better start, reducing the likelihood of weed ingression and pest damage. DAP can also be used as a starter fertiliser when sowing crops, by drilling with the seed (in a separate box) do not let DAP come into contact with the seed.
