Store Pick-Up
Please note the below information applies for products we physically have in stock. Where goods need to be ordered in, time frames will vary. Where an item isn’t stocked we will order it for you. Pick-up times may vary, and we’ll contact you with expected timeframe.
Pick-up is available at all Farmlands branches and is a free service, not all products are available for pick-up. Your local Farmlands store may not appear in the dropdown list for pick-up because it currently doesn't have the item(s) you have selected in stock. Please contact your local store directly to place an order for the product.
For in-stock items, your order will be ready for pick-up from your selected branch within 2-5 working days.
When your order is ready we will contact you via phone or email. You can pick-up any time during business hours
To pick-up, you must:
- Bring a copy of your pick-up notification email (printed or on a mobile device)
- Have photo ID with you
If you have ordered an item that legally requires you to:
- Hold a particular license
- Be a Certified Handler
- Complete a declaration in order to purchase
We may be in touch and you might need to show proof of this in order to complete your purchase.
Christmas Pick-Up Cut-Off Date
Whilst our stores will be processing orders right up until Christmas eve we may have to order some items in. Shopping before our Christmas pick-up cut-off date of the 20th of December gives you the best chance of your order being ready at your selected Farmlands store before the "BIG day".
