Special Orders
A special order is an item we order specifically for you once you place your order. We don’t hold it in stock, so it comes directly from our supplier, or is built or assembled to order.
How do I know an item is a special order item?
On the product page: look for the Special order badge near the pickup and delivery availability.
Large or made-to-order items
Some items, like water tanks and trailers, are ordered when you place your order. They may need to be manufactured or assembled first, so they can take longer to arrive.
How it works
- Place your order. Special order items are marked on the product page.
- We order it in. Once your order is placed, we order the item from the supplier.
- We keep you posted. We’ll let you know if the expected timeframe changes.
- Collect or receive it. We’ll let you know when it’s ready for pick-up at your chosen store or sent to you.
How long will it take?
Lead times depend on the item.
- Standard items: usually 3–14 days.
- Large or made-to-order items: can take 2–8 weeks or longer, depending on manufacturing and assembly time.
The timeframe shown is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you need something by a certain date, contact your local store before ordering and we’ll check what’s possible.
Good to know
- Payment: Full payment required at time of order.
- Delivery: Large items may have different delivery options, freight costs or require pickup.
