Please note the below information applies for products we physically have in stock. Where goods need to be ordered in time frames will vary. Made to order items such as water tanks have extended delivery time frames (approx 6-12 weeks) and may incur additional delivery fees. Please contact your local store for delivery estimates. 


Pick up 

Pick up available at all Farmlands branches.

• Your order will be ready for pick up from your selected branch within 5-7 working days.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
• If the product is not available in-store and needs to be ordered, please note that this may result in longer processing times.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days.

• Delivery to New Zealand addresses only, excluding outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island).
• Multiple deliveries may be required (at no extra cost to you).
• Shipment of dangerous goods may incur additional charges.
• Shipment of oversized items may incur additional charges.
• Remote addresses and dangerous goods may take longer.
• If your product is unavailable in-store and needs to be ordered, we will notify you.
