Farmlands online shop user experience survey prize draw terms and conditions

 

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited, 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside Christchurch 8140 New Zealand
    
2. The Farmlands Online Shop survey prize draw occurs monthly. There is one prize to be won each month (“Prize”). The monthly prize is a $200 Farmlands Gift Card (redeemable in-store only).
    
3. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    
4. Farmlands employees (as well as their immediate families living at the same address) and associated agencies of Farmlands are not eligible to enter into the prize draw.
    
5. Entries are restricted to one per person per purchase, and that person must be a resident of New Zealand, and submit a completed response to Farmlands Online Shop survey (“Eligible Entrants”).
    
6. Each month, a winner will be drawn randomly from all Eligible Entrants who completed the survey in the previous calendar month. Gift cards are issued every 4 months.
    
7. The winners will be notified using the email address held by Farmlands that relates to the online purchase. Prizes will only be delivered to a physical New Zealand address. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Farmlands to arrange delivery, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.
    
8. Farmlands reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time including, but not limited to, replacing a prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
    
9. Farmlands reserves the right not to award a prize to a prize winner whose account(s) is/are in default or have been closed during or after the competition due to misconduct.
    
10. The prize draw supervisor’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
